1. Introduction
JLPT Kanji Otter Adventure ("the App") is developed by Simon Depussay. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles, and why.
2. Data stored on your device
Your progress, scores and preferences, such as selected kanji, streak count, cosmetics and review schedule, are stored locally on your device. We never receive this data.
3. Global leaderboard
If you choose to take part in the global leaderboard, the App sends the username you picked and your score to Firebase Firestore (Google). Nothing else is sent. Please avoid using your real name if you prefer to stay anonymous.
4. Analytics
The App uses Firebase Analytics (Google) to understand how it is used overall, for example how often it is opened. A random identifier is created on first launch. It is not linked to your name or your email address.
5. Advertising
The free version offers rewarded video ads, which you choose to watch in exchange for extra practice. These ads are served by Google AdMob. To show ads that are relevant to you, AdMob may use your device advertising identifier and information about the ads you interact with.
On iOS we ask your permission before that identifier is used. If you decline, ads still work but are no longer personalised. You can change your mind at any time in Settings, Privacy & Security, Tracking.
Subscribers and lifetime owners never see any ads.
6. Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases and subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, from your App Store account settings.
7. Your choices
Refuse tracking in Settings, Privacy & Security, Tracking. Remove ads entirely by subscribing or buying lifetime access. Stay off the leaderboard by simply not joining it. Delete everything by uninstalling the App, which removes all local data.
8. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13. Because it displays third-party advertising, we ask parents to supervise its use by younger children.
9. Third-party services

1. Introduction
JLPT Kanji Otter Adventure (« l'Application ») est développée par Simon Depussay. Cette politique de confidentialité explique quelles informations l'Application traite, et pourquoi.
2. Données conservées sur ton appareil
Ta progression, tes scores et tes préférences, comme les kanji sélectionnés, ta série en cours, les cosmétiques et le calendrier de révision, sont enregistrés localement sur ton appareil. Nous ne recevons jamais ces données.
3. Classement mondial
Si tu choisis de participer au classement mondial, l'Application envoie le pseudo que tu as choisi et ton score à Firebase Firestore (Google). Rien d'autre n'est transmis. Évite d'utiliser ton vrai nom si tu préfères rester anonyme.
4. Mesure d'audience
L'Application utilise Firebase Analytics (Google) pour comprendre son usage global, par exemple la fréquence des ouvertures. Un identifiant aléatoire est créé au premier lancement. Il n'est associé ni à ton nom ni à ton adresse e-mail.
5. Publicité
La version gratuite propose des vidéos publicitaires récompensées, que tu choisis de regarder en échange de pratique supplémentaire. Ces publicités sont diffusées par Google AdMob. Pour t'afficher des annonces pertinentes, AdMob peut utiliser l'identifiant publicitaire de ton appareil ainsi que des informations sur les annonces avec lesquelles tu interagis.
Sur iOS, nous te demandons ton autorisation avant que cet identifiant soit utilisé. Si tu refuses, les publicités continuent de fonctionner mais ne sont plus personnalisées. Tu peux changer d'avis à tout moment dans Réglages, Confidentialité et sécurité, Suivi.
Les personnes abonnées et celles ayant l'accès à vie ne voient aucune publicité.
6. Achats et abonnements
Les achats et les abonnements sont entièrement gérés par Apple. Nous n'avons jamais accès à tes informations de paiement. Les abonnements se renouvellent automatiquement sauf résiliation au moins 24 heures avant la fin de la période en cours, depuis les réglages de ton compte App Store.
7. Tes choix
Refuser le suivi dans Réglages, Confidentialité et sécurité, Suivi. Supprimer toute publicité en t'abonnant ou en achetant l'accès à vie. Rester hors du classement en n'y participant simplement pas. Tout effacer en désinstallant l'Application, ce qui supprime toutes les données locales.
8. Enfants
L'Application ne s'adresse pas aux enfants de moins de 13 ans. Comme elle affiche des publicités de tiers, nous invitons les parents à surveiller son utilisation par les plus jeunes.

5. Quảng cáo
Phiên bản miễn phí có quảng cáo video có thưởng, bạn tự chọn xem để đổi lấy thêm lượt luyện tập. Quảng cáo do Google AdMob cung cấp. Để hiển thị quảng cáo phù hợp với bạn, AdMob có thể sử dụng mã định danh quảng cáo của thiết bị và thông tin về những quảng cáo bạn tương tác.
Trên iOS, chúng tôi xin phép bạn trước khi mã định danh này được sử dụng. Nếu bạn từ chối, quảng cáo vẫn hoạt động nhưng không còn được cá nhân hoá. Bạn có thể thay đổi lựa chọn bất cứ lúc nào trong Cài đặt, Quyền riêng tư và bảo mật, Theo dõi.

Việc mua hàng và đăng ký hoàn toàn do Apple xử lý. Chúng tôi không bao giờ thấy thông tin thanh toán của bạn. Gói đăng ký tự động gia hạn trừ khi bạn huỷ ít nhất 24 giờ trước khi kết thúc kỳ hiện tại, trong cài đặt tài khoản App Store của bạn.
7. Lựa chọn của bạn
Từ chối theo dõi trong Cài đặt, Quyền riêng tư và bảo mật, Theo dõi. Loại bỏ hoàn toàn quảng cáo bằng cách đăng ký hoặc mua quyền truy cập trọn đời. Không tham gia bảng xếp hạng nếu bạn không muốn. Xoá mọi thứ bằng cách gỡ cài đặt Ứng dụng, thao tác này xoá toàn bộ dữ liệu cục bộ.
8. Trẻ em
Ứng dụng không hướng đến trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi. Vì Ứng dụng hiển thị quảng cáo của bên thứ ba, chúng tôi mong phụ huynh giám sát khi trẻ nhỏ sử dụng.
